The WG actuator nipples: (1) to metal pipe to WG solenoid for pressure venting (2) to #1 turbo outlet for pressure.

The precontrol actuator also has a similar configuration.

The two do not intersect. Go read the manual.

i have a manual boost controller which is between #1 turbo outlet and wastegate solenoid. since i am no longer using the precontrol actuator i assume that the other nipple on the wastegate actuator gets capped off.

" since i am no longer using the precontrol actuator i assume that the other nipple on the wastegate actuator gets capped off."

Why do you keep mentioning pre-control, it has never and will never have anything to do with the WG control system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you not comprehend my first post???????????????

If you are running non-seq turbos, the pre-control system is totally removed. The your boost controller solenoid goes between the turbo and WG actuator with the other WG nipple being capped.

If you are running seq-turbos, depending on which controller; it might control both WG and PC actuators and thus both would have their second nipples capped.

i bought the car with a mbc installed and it was sequential. he did not have any nipples capped off, but had the wg and precontrol vacuum lines wired in series?? i understood your first post just fine- i know that the precontrol has nothing to do with the wastegate! but there was a line connecting them(could explain my boost and transition problems when it used to be sequential) don't worry i won't ask anymore questions. thanx-garrett
