non-seq: injectors necessary?

some time soon (when i get my hands on a new motor) i am planning to go full non-sequential, with a ported wastegate manifold and block off plate kit. i will be running this setup with full exhaust, front mount intercooler, and power fc.

i am wondering if an upgraded fuel pump and higher flowing injectors will be necessary for ~12-13 psi of boost, or if the stock ones are sufficient.

thanks in advance.

also, i have seen plenty of writeups for the poor man's non seq conversion, but is there a good writeup out there with details for the full conversion (ported wastegate, removed flappers, removed rats nest, etc)?

12-13 psi works on the stock injectors with the sequential so you'll have no problems with the non-sequential. For insurance purposes though(for your motor insurance), I would suggest getting a new pump and larger injectors. 4 X 850cc injectors would do just nicely at 12-13 psi. They'll hold up to 15 psi (I've gotten as high as 86% injector dity with this setup and 15 psi). If you don't want to mess with you primary rail(You'll have to shave off 4mm to 5 mm off of the top), then you can just go all out and get 1300cc X 2 for the secondary's.

If you don't want to go with the bigger injectors, you could always get a FPR and a bigger pump, then just raise your fuel pressure. That'll do it as well.

I agree, to be safe I would upgrade the secondaries to 1300cc and get a fuel pump. You will be way in the clear then

You will max out the inj at 13 psi, which is not good at all. Send the inj to RC and they will bore them out for you. Get 1300's and upgrade your fuel pump. The problem right now with RC is that they are pretty busy and it's going to take awhile to get the inj done.
