Non-Bose Question

When I bought the car it had no radio in it. But I noticed that the radio harness was spliced into with regular speaker wire. So I followed the wire to the rear speakers. And thats where the wire ends. So I wanted to take it out the speaker wire and put in an aftermarket set of rear speakers use the factory speaker wire from the car. I was looking around the wiring harness for the factory plug to use......and coudn't find it. Is there a set of speaker wire in the back for the factory speakers? And if so where is it located near so that I can find it. If you have pics to show where the wire is it would be great. What color are the factory speaker wires?

Thanks

The wires you are looking for are:

LR(+) Yellow/Green
LR(-) Yellow/Blue

RR(+) White/Blue
RR(-) Blue/Yellow

They should be the same color as at the radio harness.
You may have to remove the rear side panel to find them. If the factory wires were good/existing, I would be curious as to why the aftermarket wire was spliced in.

I dunno why the guy spliced into the harness. I checked the wires and they seem fine. I think when the guy bought cheap aftermarket speakers.....he thought that you need to change the wires too. Who know????
But thanks for all the info I will begin the process of reverse engineering ignorance

Thanks
