Noise from spooling turbo

I hear a noise almost like a weazing/winding "up" noise when im approaching posotive boost. I usually hear it around -5 psi and on. Sometimes i can hear another noise almost like a "whoooooooommmmmpppppp" when i am boosting under 0 psi, but then goes away when im around +5 psi ~. The "whhooommmpp sound", sounds like a leak of somesort but its hard to say....
Anyone familiar with these noises?

Is this what the turbo is supposed to sound like with a Full Aftermarket Air intake ?
I have alluminum piping....

Car seems to be boosting fine.

Also, I unhooked my "Double Throttle" vacum line just to see how the car drives, i herd the "air sucking in" like im supposed to, never heard it like that b4 when the vacum line was hooked up.. Ok now i go to hook up the vacuum line everything hooks into the actuator fine, and I still hear the "vacum sucking" sound even with the vacuum lined hooked on the solenoid.... strange 0..o

The infamous moofart sound when the ACV dumps to atmosphere instead of through its muffler in the top of the stock air filter box.

Mods that increase air and exhaust flow also allow you to hear the wonderful sounds of engine parts making more power for you.

Stop worrying newb and just enjoy the music.

yup that's the infamous mooing from an aftermarket intake. There is a fix for that btw. Just do a search and you'll find it. I don't have that issue due to the fact that I don't have an air pump.

I remember a few years back a dude from Australia made a thread about it and described it as a dying Kangaroo.
