Recently, when i check up my car, i hear a knock from fuel injector. Is it normal or it is a problem from those injectors ? I did a balance and rebuilt on those injectors when the engine had rebuild.

The car has a lot of black smoke coming out from exhaust, i know it is running too rich. Does the unburned fuel will stay on the exhaust ? cuz i smell a fuel after i park my car back in garage. (some can smell in engine bay and smell can smell from exhaust)

BTW, i have Race Port and T78 with PFC setup

 

The injectors are valves and will make a clicking sound as they are turned on off on off .

 

If your injectors are making a loud clicking sound they there is something wrong. One they are sticking open or two they were not seated correctly. Since they have been rebuilt I would check to see if they are seated correctly first. Anyhow I just went through this, so I know its apain.
