No Turn Signals or Hazards

Ok ive been searching this board and nopistons for a couple days with no luck...Heres the deal.....

I have parking lights and head lights, all that works fine but no turn signals or hazards. When I goto turn them on I dont even get a clicking sound just dead..same with the hazard button. I tore about the steering column and nothing looks stupid (but thats hard for me to tell)

I checked all the fuses under the dash (twice) and none of them are shot...I checked the TNS and tried a different one (the one sitting right next to it thats blue, hope that wasnt a bad move) and it helped nothing...

The car does have a turbo timer...but the install seems legit and not a hack job.....any ideas....going nuts......

Try the fuses under the hood? Maybe a relay?

When someone broke into my honda (smashing my dash- and hazard button in the process) my blinkers/hazards didnt work. I' have no idea if the FD is set up the same way the honda is- but i guess the blinkers all ran through the hazard button.
If you already checked the fuses thats all i can think of.

Same thing happen to a friend of mine. He changed the flasher ecu with no luck, then he found one of the wire was burnt so he replaced it and it works now. Grab a test light and start testing.
