Boost gauge reads -12 to 0 psi. Checked all vacuum hoses. Any ideas?

You have a vacuum leak somewhere. Start the car and let it run, then rev it from under the hood and see if you hear anything unordinary. Make sure you check your IC piping as well.

You have a large boost leak, plain and simple. Probably a loose hose clamp or cracked Y-pipe coupler. Check all the intercooler plumbing.
