No spark from the middle coil

I have replaced the coil, plugs, wires, and ignitor but I'm still not getting any spark out of the middle coil (both plugs). Symptoms at the beginning were strange. After shutting the car off for a few minutes, when I started it back up, it ran like only one rotor was operating. That lasted for about 5-10 seconds and then it would smooth-out all of a sudden and run perfect until the next time I shut the car off. Now it won't start at all. When I started diagnosing the problem I noticed that I was getting a very weak spark out the plugs coming from the middle coil. Now I get none at all. Any ideas on where to go from here???

Try cleaning the leading coils' electrical connector; maybe the terminals are corroded or loose, or maybe you even have a broken wire in the connector that is "just" making contact sometimes. The connector carries a fair amount of current.

Does your ignition harness have the ground which goes to the coil mounting bracket (and it's grounded)?

Is it possible to unplug the other two coils and plug one of the trailing coils' harnesses into the leading coil just to see if there's spark (with none of plugs in the block of course), or will I kill something by doing that?

I'll have to check on the ignition harness ground.
