Punch it from 30mph... do you get any Primary Boost? if you dont get either you have your work cutout for you.
If it just falls on its face after the changeover than I would change your vacuum hoses near the turbos and intake piping.. its simple and can be done in less than an hour. Do you hear the air rushing out from anywhere? What is the boost level?

it boost in primary.. but at the change over, it just doesn't change. now if i'd let go of the gas and then punch it again, it's ok. but the car rocks back and forth like hell... trying the change over. again this is only in 3rd gear. weird...
