PA No power to rear lights or fuel pumps please help

Hey guys and FYI, yes i've done the researched and nothing really help and was wondering if anyone might have any other suggestions to try.

My cluster, tail lights and fuel pumps are out but it did work the last time i check. My car is park outside the garage and water find its way into the front relay box, rusted almost or all of the relays. I've change all those to a good condition used relays and still nothing seems to fix it. The last thing i'm going to do is change the flasher box by the DS kick panel, this also had water leak into it from a big hole which the previous owner cut for some apparent reason. I'm thinking that this is the corporate because when checking resistant on the resisters inside, i've got no reading at all. So if anyone would have any idea of what this might be please help. Thanks

PS. When i jump the jump box in the engine bay, i was able to get the fuel pump to work, thanks

More than likely damaged the wires as well as rusted the fuse box contact points, I would replace the entire fuse box and think about rewiring it which is going to be a big job.

I agree. I'd switch out the fuse box.

I'm guessing you have a touring with a sunroof and the little drain hose is either clogged or damaged. I think there are 4 of those little hoses at each corner of the sunroof. I'd 1st check to see if you can see where they drain under the car and make sure it's not clogged or kinked or something. If that's not it you'll have to pop the liner down. There's a little screw under the map light and of course the screws etc... in the visors.

PS if you need a fuse box I have some

yup mine is a touring and actually the leak was from the previous owner cutting a big hold right under the dash on the DS which then leaks all over the fuse box. I did change out the fuse box but have not change out the harness. Now what about the relay box? would you think it might damage the harness from the relay box as well since that was cover in water and rusted all the relays? I'm still looking for a flasher to see if it is the problem or not before ripping out the front harness and rear harness to check for damage.
