No Power to Anything After Trying to Crank

No Power to Anything After Trying to Crank
I have a REALLY weird problem. I turned the key to on position, waited for the profec boost controller to go beep beep, then turned the key to crank, and the car lost ALL electrical power. Now nothing works in the car at all, no lights, no power locks, no roof lights, no hazards, nothing anywhere.
I checked the main fuses in the fuse block at the front. None of them seemed to be melted. I tried pulling the main 120 AMP fuse to look all around it but couldn't pull it out by hand.
The only fuse that I found blown was the 15 AMP A/C fuse which I replaced but obviously is unrelated to this problem.
I also looked under the dash with a flashlight to see if anything was disconnected and had the hazards on while touching wires in case i touched anything right and would hear the hazards go on.
Battery has 12.5 Volts so nobody state the obvious . Any ideas?

take a meter and check to see if voltage is going through the main fuse, even though it may appear together it may not be. Also a battery can read 12 volts but still not have enough power to do anything.

Think we're getting somewhere. I used one of the outside screws on the main fuse (since I couldn't pull it out even with a vice-grip) and it only gave 1.5 volts on both sides. I then compared it to my FD and my FD gave full 12.5 Volts. So it seems for some reason its only getting 1.5 volts when the battery has 12.7 volts to give?

Problem solved, something is wrong with the battery ground. The terminals are fine but I have to pull on the ground to get power so either the line is messed or the place where it hooks up to is loose. Anyway, I wedged the ground with a wrench on the battery (its in one of the bins) so it would be pulling on it and drove it into the driveway. I'll jack up the car tomorrow and see where that ground goes. Now I don't have to worry about a parking ticket . Thanks guys.

check your terminals and make sure they are hooked up and not loose. If I am not mistaken(havent had to mess with mine yet) they battery should go straight to that fuse box. So it should be showing whatever your battery is showing. I would follow your + battery terminal and see if anything got unplugged or loose. Have you tried just hooking up jumper cables or another battery just to verify?
I am sure you already know all of this but sometimes we skip the simple things.
