no power

my car im sure has a blown fuse.. im not sure which one though.. its a auto and im trying to move it.. and its stuck in park .. i think when iwas taking my amp out a wire grounded and sparked like crazy.. so im sure it blew something... but im turning my key to unlock the wheel and disengauge the trans but i did a quick view of the fuses and they looked fine... any ideas on which fuse would cause no power @ all

Did you test the big fuses in the engine compartment as well?

i didnt test them i looked at them and they were all intact.. i didnt have time to really mess with it i just did a once over.. but what fuse would cause no power at all because im sure it blew when my wires touched..
