No more adjustment on TPS

I'm trying to adjust my TPS but I ran out of adjustment?.
It's a new TPS and I get the correcct voltage readings on the closed narrow and wide but when i rotate the TPS to get the correct WOT voltage it won"t go past 3.58 and 3.84.
It won"t rotate any farther.

I checked the throttle cable and it's adjusted properly and the TPS was installed correctly .

Make sure you have it installed correctly.
Take it off and look how the part moves when the throttle opens and this has to move the tabs.
The TPS is under some spring loading even at idle.

My next step is to take it off again and reinstall.

I know it"s correct I searched the crap out of the forums on adjusting and installing of the TPS.
I also used the FSM and I made sure the tabs on the throttle body are on the back side of the TPS sensor tabs.

try installing it wrong then

I know you already did this twice but it can be confusing as to which way is actually correct. it goes against the flat tabs if i remember correctly. it almost feels like your putting it in wrong when your doing it. it did for me anyway

The metal tabs on the linkage go on the backside of the 'U' shaped black plastic recesses, not inside them like most people think.

Hey, thanks Mike.
I have another thought on this, I wonder if there is a drain on the electrical system that might cause this?

You have not told us it was a new or old TPS.
If old it might be BAD!
