While removing the water pump housing, I realized there was nothing connected to the fan switch sensor. I traced the wiring harness and utilized the pics/diagrams located throughout the forum and cant seem to locate any loose connectors. Not sure if it was tucked by a previous owner or something else. Fans came on regularly with no issues. Car is a 1992 RHD FD and is currently running an Adaptronic, do I need to rerun something to the sensor for redundancy? Huge thanks in advance to any guidance provided moving forward. This forum has been invaluable to me from the moment I ventured into the FD world.
Dale, thanks a ton man! Great read, definitely cleared a lot up for me. As for the pictures... Clear sensor Started removing all the old E tape and stumbled upon this, yikes. Bright side, guess I know where that wire probably is now. Gooood lordy.
