no boost and hard to turn over???????????????

hey guys, i have a big problem its hard to get the engine to turnover. i just got a new starter and battery the starter and battery were bad but now its hard to get the engine to turnover the sarter is working but it just want turnover. also when i'm drive and try to floor it i get no boost but it happens only sometimes like if i stop then go the boost will work. does anyone know what wrong? could it be a fuel problem like fuel fliter or fuel ragilator. oh ya i have no money to take it to a mechanic.

Could possibly have too much resistance in the wiring connections. I would recheck them. Also make sure your battery is fully charged.

Check your plugs, make sure they aren't fouled. That's the first place I would look if it wouldn't turn over.
