ok i bought a not stock FD recently and it failed emissions. i knew it was going to so that's no big deal. i just gotta figure out what to do to get it through. unless someone knows a station that'll "pass" it for a couple more bucks in south jersey? if you do lemme know .

but anyways.. failed for HC and CO%
HC - standard 136 - reading 386
CO - standard 0.76 - reading 3.73

things that might affect emissions:
streetport, no air pump, CAI, Apex'i N1 dual catback, power FC commander that still needs some tuning, Rotary performance O2 sensor, dp, mp (but i put the stock cat back on for the inspection so they wouldn't hastle me about that)



i'm new to owning an FD so is there any recommended shops or something that could tune the PFC correctly in south jersey? the lack of a pre-cat won't hurt as long as the main cat is good and hot during inspection? so change my plugs and oil and run some alcohol will help..

sorry if some of this is dumb "n00b" stuff but i'm kinda anxious to get it to pass. any help or words of advice is appreciated
