you want to spray inside the air intake or spray the outside of the intercooler?

I think methanol spray in the air intake is what the "preferred" method is for more hp and safer motor.. and yah retune as well

lots to search on there.

its on a c16 tune so theres no need for meth injection. Its a nitrous kit to spray on the intercooler not into the engine. would I need a tune for this still or will the drop in air temps not depend on the tune? thanks.

oh well, idk, i havent really searched on the nitrous spray, all I know is I want to get a meth injection setup. but i would "think" lower ai temps to increase hp would require a tune... lower temp = more air, so more lean?? and you prolly have a nice street ported motor. idk, i would retune.

If you can make sure that none of it will make it in to the intake it wouldn't be terrible. I'd use co2 and internally- purging well behind the intake.

I've used a water sprayer for about a year and i'm happy with that.

so last weekend this Porsche Carerra 4 (so new it has no plates) comes up alongside me at like 100 on the fwy so we do a couple pulls together then right before the 3rd one, and just as I check my mirrors, johnny law comes down the on ramp in front of us so I tap the brakes good, but the Porsche took off, LOL... omg I was like "Holy Crap!" .. sure enough, the bike cop races after him and lights him up. I just exited the fwy and took a deep breath.

I bet you don't even need nitro man, 500hp on an FD .. thats like insane. my lil motor "might" squeeze 290-300 and I was keepin up with the Porsche, so I can't imagine what a 500hp FD would do, wow.
