Newbie: Stupid Noise Question (Searched forever)
My brother and I have finally gotten the FD checked out by a local rotary mechanic (it had been garaged for about 3 years). We aren't afraid to push it hard now.
Anyways, often before shifting close to redline the car will make an audible "ding" like a doorbell. This is probably just a shift indicator right? I'm just confused cause I can't find anyone talking about it in the forums.
