new turbos... wont start? oil leak?
I just put in a pair of 2002 twins and i cant get the engine to fire, it turns over, spudders for a few seconds the first few times i crank it but wont fire up.
i turned the car on with no exhaust on to see if there were any leaks so i wouldnt have to take the downpipe back off and it started up fine, rough idle but i figured it was due to the lack of exhaust, once i bolted it on it wouldnt fire up
also there is oil coming out of the exhaust manifold, could it just be oil left over from when my old turbos were passing oil, there could have been alot of settling it was sitting for like 4 months, but the oil keeps coming i've tried cranking alot and i always see the oil.
before you say its not starting because of bad gas, it did start up with no downpipe and i added 2 12oz's of octane booster and 2 gallons of premium (only gas can i have)
can anyone help me out?

Try this trick
1. Put the gas pedal all the way down and then start it.
2. Then gradually let go of the pedal while turning it over and see if it starts
If that works, you're most likely having some engine issues....too much fuel, low compression, etc. Let me know if that works.
BTW, O2 sensor only works when it's in closed loop mode, not during starts unless something else is wrong.

Warming the planet.
It's more than likely flooded.. Do a search, there are lots of ways to unflood it, but would try the Trick Chillin outlines above first. Holding the throttle wide open while cranking shuts the injectors off.
