New Starter? OR Stolenoids? BATTERY?

Well ever since I bought my car (Almost 3 weeks ago) It sometimes has trouble starting. When I turn the key it either just makes a click sound which then I have to try turning it again to try to start the engine. It usually turns on after that. Other times the engine just stays turning and dosent want to start at all. Its pretty much about luck to get it started when that happens. So will I need a new starter? stolenoids? or a battery? Thanks in advanced. Also... IF I do need a new starter, should I get a used one... estimate the cost. Thanks again guys!

MANNY

It is probartly because your starter aint getting enough power, it could be the wireing to the starter or the grounding, even the engine grounding. Or you may need a new battery.
