New and standard

I've read this forum a lot but i wanted to ask what to do.
My rx7 is standard with 72000 km and 9000 km on the engine, i want to buy a Blitz Nur Spec R exhaust an open air filter and a bov. What else do i have to change, the ecu or just a boostcontroller ?
I don't want to run lean.

Either/or would work. If you plan on more mods and higher boost in the future, go for the EMS.

EMS ???
More mods like an aftermarket intercooler ?
I want to make it more reliable so it needs better cooling.
