New RX-7
(US Model) 93 R1 with only 8900 miles on the frame???? I find this kinda hard to believe, but if it's true than grats!... Just have a no-**** specialist run through that engine with a fine tooth comb, something tells me that just sitting for 14 years can't be conducive to a strong engine...
The FD on ebay had pics of the undercarriage.....it looked new.
I wouldn't think someone would go to those lengths to make a high mileage 14 year old car look new again just to make a couple grand more on the sale, then again, crazier things have been done.

Yeah it is the red one off ebay. I plan to go up there this Sunday to Virginia and come back same day. The car seems to be in check according to its pictures but Im going to make sure and look at the inspection reports he had done a couple months ago. In fact though it has been driven just as you probably know he is a collector for cars and he says he is just getting rid of it though because he needs garage space. Hopefully everything checks out when I get there. I will be the fourth owner on the car.
Quick question though for anybody who knows. Is there supposed to be a 0 in front of the 8900 on the odometer? I got him to send me a picture but there was no zero in front. Think it could be a rollover? But like you said I do doubt someone could have spent all the money to fix it up like that. Carfax is clear.
