Just to be a little picky Ernie, it looks as if the coupling that is connected from the intercooler piping to the Greddy elbow needs to be slid up a little. With the kind of power you are putting down, it needs to be on as much as possible.

Other than that, the car looks awesome. Can't wait to hear what it made on the dyno and see what it will do at the track. Take care.

Thanks. The tranny was $6500.

And Dee, the coupler is temporary as Ray is in the process of building a custom intake manifold with my 90mm throttle body.

Heck yeah!!! I might look into getting him to make me one as well, as long as you will not think I am biting your style. HAHA

Ah alright, thanks for the info =) I was actually thinking of going with a dogbox in a road car but wasn't sure about the strength of the dog rings for day to day, start and stop road driving as compared to synchronised dogs in factory trannies.

Any feedback on that? Do you daily drive your FD?

Cheers

Its not made for daily driving. They make a different tranny for that that has helical cut gears. My tranny is WAY too loud for daily driving. In fact Im taking it out until spring.

You went all out on the motor, you went all out on the tranny, and I know you probably have something planned for the rear. This has got to be the best built streetclass car that I have ever seen.

Congrats.

Thanks bro. Nothing special. I've got the Kazz and axles and Ray has made a diff gurdle than Peter used to run in his drag car (cutting 1.30's) and never broke.

The cage looks pretty sweet Ernie. Not to mention that bigass turbo you guys shoehorned in there. Can't wait to see you break her cherry.
