New owner (93) needs opinion on mods.
I am buying an original owner 36k car form a guy in his 60's, still has original tires on it with a 5 spd. I would like to know if changing the downpipe and or the intake
manifold will help or hurt low end, and drivability. I am thinking of a K&N filter and a cat back or just a aftermarket muffler. I am looking for better mileage and better performance. Thanks for any input on the subject!
