Question New O2 Sensor?

Hey All. Getting weird readouts with the A/F meter. Sometimes the 7 runs rich at WOT on the freeway, and sometimes it stays with one green led and like 4 orange leds. I'm thinking its the O2 sensor crapping out. Would it do this if the o2 was going bad? What are the symtoms of a bad o2? And if it is indeed a bad o2, whats the best replacement? Any help is welcome. Thanks. By the way, I have a reprogrammed ECU to go along with the mods I have.

Was this happening before, or did I just do this recently? I had my A/F meter modified to read a much better, narrower resolution, during WOT only.

Normal A/F meters are only offer slightly better insight into A/F ratio then none at all, as that (with the wider resolution) the diffence between running lean or rich can be hard to tell.
