Unhappy New motor Break in suggestions

Just had the unfortunate experience of relpacing my motor. Had 85k on the original but after a "mistake" made by the local Mazda dealer the o-rings are shot. Lucky for me it was covered under my warranty and I should have the car back in two weeks. They ( HI-Tech Motors VA )are replacing the motor with a mazda rebuilt motor. All my bolt on's will be added to the new motor and I was wondering if there was any recomended procedure to break the new motor in ? I have a PFS intercooler, K&N air filter, PFS stainless steel exhaust ,94 touring edition
