New High Pres. SS Clutch Line Wont Reach?

I Just mounted the engine and tranny and was trying to hook up the slave cylinder but the SS Clutch Line seems to short. Its almost like i'm about 5 inches to short. The First pic is an above shot and the 2nd is from the bottom to give you an idea how close/far away it is.

Thanks
~Luke

Well. nvm, i think i figure it out, i took of everything between the line on the firewall and the slave cylinder, But then i just remembered about the hardline so i went and got that and now i think it is going to work, the only problem i see now is that i need female ends on both ends of the SS lines but i have a male and a female. Is is common?

Thanks
~Luke
