Thumbs up new gauge setup - prosport white/amber

this probably goes in the interior section but its a 3rd gen so I figure it will get most views here.

FlyRX7 center speaker 52mm quad pod
Gauges: AEM UEGO, Boost, EGT, Oil Temp

for the EGT I will install a O2 bung to 1/8 npt adapter to use the stock O2 sensor location. I know it's not the optimal location but I plan on installing it in the rear exhaust runner pre turbo some time later when I get around to pulling the twins.

for the oil temp I will use a Oil Pan drain plug to 1/8 npt adapter to get the temps. I'm used to this location since I was using a VDO that had the sender integrated in the oil pan drain plug.

So over 7 years later are you still using these gauges? I ask because I'm thinking about getting their premium series in Boost and Oil temp and keep my AEM A/F just like how you have yours.

I would like Defi Racer series but defi costs are ridiculous

Edit. I notice no one really uses VDO gauges even though they make gauges for Porsche etc.. .Why is that? Old technology?

I enjoy mine and keep it just the orange. With the peak and setting adjustments on the gauge it is easy to swap out or adjust as needed.

I changed my setup and will be changing again.

Now I only have an Innovate AFR and Prosport Boost in a dual pod

New setup will likely go back to quad pod with oil temp and Aquamist water injection gauge.

That's a lot of gauges. What will the gauge monitor on the WI system? Tank level?

Just to be clear, I think neit meant on/off, flow level and some adjustments. If I remember correctly, I believe the adjustments on the gauge are just for the gauge themselves.

Also, for people having issues with too many gauges, I recommend looking at the PLX multi-gauges.

Are you still happy with the prosport? Are they accurate? I've read some reviews, albeit from years ago that customers were not happy.

Just asking before I pull the trigger

no idea about accuracy, I never tested them against anything else other than the PFC and to me they were alright

I have prosport boost, temp, and oil gauges. No problems so far and the orange is spot on with the factory gauge color.
