New fan assembly

I've got a small problem (one of many). One of my cooling fans snapped off. The other one still turns fine, but this one is actually sitting on the radiator. I'm pretty sure that the fan motor itself is okay, because it sounds like it's turning, and slightly tapping part of the broken fan. Does anyone know if I can get a just a new fan, or do I have to order the whole new assembly?

New fan from Mazda $37.00.

Part Number: N3A2-15-140 (This is for the 5 blade fan)

Not sure about the PN for the 4 blade (the 4 blade provides more air flow), get the 4 blade.
