Question new engine, ignition missfire no fast rev? no more ideas to fix!

Hi,

my engine does not rev fast, if i open the throttle fast and wide the engine reves only 2-3k rpm and then backfire and missfireing if i open the throttle slow the engine revs up to 7k rpm

i used the search function but i have checked all the thinks i found already!

its a AT block with MT parts in a MT car,

we tried to check these thinks to fix the problem:

- inition coil grounding
- 2x 50mm˛ ground for engine
- 1x 15mm˛ ground for ignition coils
- ECU with 15mm˛ ground
- new spark plugs
- map sensor changed and tested
- TPS changed
- TPS checked and calibrated
- vakuum hose system total checked
- ignition cable checked (new MSD cables)
- Double throttle checked
- Y-pipe aktuator checked
- Blow off changed (dit not work)
- CRV changed
- 5 OEM ECUs testes
- ignition coils changed
- all coils make sparks
- igniter changed
- CAS checked
- CAS ne and 0 changed to test..
- fuel pressure - ca. 3 bar, holds for mor then half an hour 2,5bar (no injector leak)

i don't know what else to check?!

one time he was reving normal after 10 minutes the same problem again!

You are in limp mode, check your CELs and fix the problem. If you went non-sequential or simplified sequential and didnt put resistors(330ohm, 1/2 watt) in the rats nest connectors it will do this every time on the stock ecu. Disconnect the battery for about 20 seconds and hit the brake pedal, hook the battery back up and it should work fine for a few seconds before going back into limp mode.

My car did the same thing when I forgot to plug in the intake air temperature sensor. which is underneath the upper intake manifold.

hi

what do you mean with cels ? the engine is 100% stock for technical examiation in austria i tryed to change the ecu, every time the same problem with 5 ecus, if it is a problem with a bad solenoid in the ratnest, the PFC should work without problems ? next week ill try with PFC, and then i can als check the watertemp sensor,

no the Air temp sensor is connected,..

airfilter is also not the problem,.. but if one solenoid is broken the car does not rev? i tryed all solenoids befor i put it into the car they all click with 12V

Might want to also check the TPS. Sounds like the problems I had when my TPS was out of adjustment.

CEL = Check Engine Light

Your car probably doesn't have the light on the dash. You can use this thread to see how to check the codes without having the Check Engine Light on the dash:
