New Engine Breakin Procedure

Hey guys - I'm in the process of putting in my new engine and wanted to get info on how to break-in the rotary engines. Besides the usual stuff: don't red line it, keep up the boost, make sure there's oil (seen that one once) etc.

What do people do after the first startup? Let the car idle for 30 min to help set the bearings/bushings? Take it out for a nice long drive?

You should contact the people that built your engine, and follow the procedure they suggest.

I would keep low boost and under 5k rpm for the first 1500 miles.
