I would suggest going to XS Engineering if you live in Ontario. They are located in Fullerton 714/992-4133. Lots of guys in the forum will swear by their T04 kits. They also do their engine building in-house and same with their dyno tuning.

Is there a Ontario in california?
if you are from canada, i suggest rotaryengine.com, they are in calgary

wherever you go to buy a replacement motor is going to want your core or an extra $1000 or so. depending on your cash flow you may just want to rebuild the one you have. if not you can contact Malloy Mazda for a remanufactured engine.....cheapest around i believe. Also pettit racing and pineapple racing are a couple of reputable shops you can think about.
