new eng.removed emmissions wont rev
I have a 93 that I bought with a bad engine. I rebuilt the engine and when I put it back I removed the sequential valves and Im running the turbos together in parrellel. I also removed all the solenoids & vacuum hoses under the intake. The car started right up but it wont rev. It bogs when I try to give it more than about 1/4 throttle. also its idleing a little high and it smokes alot. Someone suggested that the computer has somekind of safety and I might need to by-pass something on the emmissions. Does anybody know? I sure would appreciate any help. THANKS.

You should've done these changes in steps. Replace the engine first make sure it runs then remove emissions stuff. Looks like you may have a mess. I'd put everything back. Then start the troubleshooting
