I put some on my 94 FD its not too hard. Here is what you have to do.
1) Open rear hatch and remove plastic (May not be necessary)
2) Remove center section of light assembly
3) There are 2 circular clips that hold on to the OEM Mazda badge that you need to remove. I used a flat head screwdriver. I dropped one and had to fish it out with a magnet
4) Clean any marks or dirt left over from old badging.(I use Meguirs ColorX cuz its safe on paint & clear coat)
5) Install new efini badge in the reverse order you pulled the old one.
6) Reinstall everything
7) Enjoy your sexy new badge and questions you get about it.
