New clutch install?

I'm installing a new clutch with a lighter flywheel+counterweight. I have a ACT street/strip clutch in there now so I have the pressure plate already. Do I need to replace the pressure plate every time i get a new clutch?
Also Is there anything else I shout think about replacing( non clutch related) while I'm in there?

It's not necessary, but its always a good idea to replace the pressure plate when you change the clutch since the little "fingers" on the pressure plate might have a tendancy to break if you reuse it. It should've came with your kit. A clutch kit usually consists of the friction plate, pressure plate, throwout bearing, needle bearing and a plastic alignment tool.

I've yet to buy the kit. The ACT is what I put in with the new motor about 20K ago. Thanks for the help.

I would replace the pilot bearing & seal. With only 20K, the pressure plate should still be good.

I'm actually thinking now of going with the SR motorsports flywheel and an ACT clutch like you've got. Any problems with your setup?

The pedal engages a little lower on the throw than I would like, but I have gotten used to it. No problems.
