Check all of your suspension bushings, several bushings in the rear tend to go bad in short order.

Get a full alignment at a GOOD alignment shop.

In addition to what Rynberg said, check your tires. Check them for uneven wear, and most importantly, air pressure. One tire that is low on air can really screw up your handling.

i am new to the this car did it not also have speed sensitive power stearing? it kinda feels like there is always power stearing on. the tires are good and so are the air pressures.

#1. Tires, have them balanced and checked for uneven wear or out of round

#2. Alignment

#3. Bushings

#4. Brakes, Check rotors and pads, as well as calipers for damage. Also check your lines.. makes sure everything is ok there. Your car pulling to the side under braking is either alignment related or you have a dragging caliper. Another rarity would be a bad brake proportioning valve that is located within your master cylinder.. but my bet is that your alignment is off and that you probably need some brake service.
