Hey guys before i get into this problem I am wondering how many of you guys have your car in gear when your at a stop. The reason why i ask this is because thats when i am experiencing the hunting idle. When i am at a stop and i have the clutch engadged and the car under load in first gear, the Idle starts bobbing up and down continiously. If i put the car into neutral the idle sits stable at 1000rpm. If i turn on any accessories like AC or lights the idle will jump up a little and then come back down to about 1000rpm. So as far as the car being in gear and underload what can the remedy be to bring down this hunting idle? would just playing with the air adjustment screw suffice?
