Need some quick advice.

Ok. I'm having the whole engine wiring harness replaced on my FD, as well as installing the Denso fuel pump. I figure since it will be torn apart I should replace the vacuum lines at the same time. I'm thinking about doing the vaccum line simplification and removing the air pump. What else do you guys reccomend I do while down there. I will be starting next week and I need to order parts now. So any quick advice will be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

Why are you replacing your engine's main wiring harness? This is usually replaced during a motor swap? Not sure what you're doing. How about more detail, if you want detailed answers?

When the motor was swapped the harness was butchered by some incompetent mechanic, and the harness burned as a result. The whole thing needs to be replaced now. So we are replaceing the harness, dropping in the Denso fuel pump, installing the Trust Airinx intake I just ordered from rx7.com, and replacing all the vacuum hoses with new silicone ones.

The motor is a Stage III Pineapple Racing motor. I have an AEM Engine Management System on a shelf and it will be installed and tuned once the motor is broken in. Do you think there is any need for me to have a boost controller while the motor is bieng broken in? I figure I will just use the AEM once its installed to control boost.

There is no reason to remove the air pump unless you are running a midpipe. Of course, running a completely open intake like the Airinx will likely result in a dead air pump anyway. In case you don't know, running a stock cat (or even some hi-flow cats) without an air pump will result in a clogged cat.
