need some help pls

After using the search engine for about an hour with no luck I have a few basic questions for everyone. K&n Fuel filter/oil filter im getting. What coolant, thickness/brand of oil should I use? NGK plugs but which ones and where should I buy them from.. .or other plugs? what kinda plug wires? what kind of downpipe/ boost gauges are the best?

I appologize for the re-re-re-re-re-re asked questions

Thanks alot 3rd gen peeps!

Most of those questions could have been answered by the search. Anyways stay with stock plugs and wires, look in the owners manual for oil, I use 10w30 but I'm in the south. Downpipe and boost gauge question, your going to have to answer that yourself. It's all personal preference.

Coolant: any ethylene/glycol and DISTILLED water
Plugs and wires: stock type (NGK)
Downpipe: being in Chicago, definitely get a stainless steel pipe, www.m2performance.com or www.rx7.com
Boost Gauges: too many variables for a simple answer, I'm waiting on the new custom run of Omori gauges that will be nearly exact matches to the oem gauges
