Need some experienced advice.
I am considering buying an RX 7. I have been looking for a while and I finally have found one that is close and in my price range. I went and looked at the car and it is exactly what I am looking for. However my question is that when i took it for a drive the turbos don't spool and when you press the clutch in the rpms drop and it feels like the car is going to stall. However it idles fine. Is this a vacum line problem? Or possibly somthing more serious. Also all the seals in the engine and tranny were recently replaced? Any info would be very helpful

By all the seals in the engine being replaced I assume you mean the engine was rebuild? And what seals in the tranny? If the engine was rebuild, was it re-installed correctly by someone who knows what they are doing? When you say the turbos don't spool is that both turbos at any gear? The rpm drop when the clutch is pressed in is during idle or anytime? (how can it idle fine when it feels like it's going to stall?)
They are too many unknowns here. If you really want this car then make sure you have a lot of spare time on your hands.
Start off by doing a compression test to make sure the engine is o.k. Then check ALL the vacuum lines and (turbo related) control solenoids, actuators. Check the plugs to the temp sensors and make sure they are not mixed up.

Ya know..I've pretty much come to think...that if a car has been rebuilt...I wouldn't buy it.
I'd rather buy a junker with no engine..because it's just not worth it. You don't know how it's been put back together..and how much of it was replaced.
If you get it all done....at one time..then you KNOW what's been done to it, and it's potential reliability.
Other than that, I agree with Trex. Make sure the compression is decent...if possible..drop it off at a rotary tuner you trust.

The turbo not working could be a vacuum line/solenoid problems ~50% of turbo problems are easy to fix, the other 50% of them take time.
The low idle after pushing the clutch is a sorta typical problem. Mazda actually had a recall for ECU replacement for this problem. You might check to see if the car is covered under this recall.
Otherwise "all seals in the engine and trans replaced". Man that is a general statement. ArchangelX can testify how much doing everything the right way costs. Just about anyone can throw a reman in a car and get it running for $2500. Doing it the right way will cost a lot more than that.
I'd buy a car with a reman motor but they would have to have receipts on what was done. Not just "replaced motor", hoses, belts, plugs, wires, clutch, belts, filters, etc should all be done at the same time.
