I have a 3 in exhaust downpipe back with a 2.5in high flow cat or midpipe I dont know. I need a restrictor plate if anyone makes them. I also need to disconnect my Auto Warming System but im not sure how to. Thanks

Just use one of the exhaust gaskets as a template and cut a restrictor out of some sheet metal. Cut the center hole to the size you want. IIRC 2.25 inches is the popular size. You can always cut it bigger if it is too small.
