Need a new 13B

Hey,
Im looking for a good place to buy a new under 50 000 mile 13B, im looking to spend 3-4000, Anyone have any ideas?

All the new remans from OEM/Malloy are going to have the new apex seals right? Arent several people having issues with them compared to the old revision or aftermaket (Atkins/Hurley) seals?
