need little help here.....

hey guys, heres my question: i am thinking about getting the 3rd generation twin turbos rx-7, and i did some search on how long does the rotary enigne last. I found out that it normaly last from 70,000 to 100,000 mileage. do you guys think is it worth it to buy twin turbos rx-7 that has 75,000 mileage from the dealer shop with the pric $15,000? if i buy it, would i have to replace or rebuild the enigne pretty soon? thank

original and stock, 15k is a little high.

As someone else already said, there's plenty of stuff here to read.

Also, if you are in Fresno, you will need a car with some mods to keep it cool.

A bigger radiator, and ducting would probably be minimal.

I've lived in Fresno - 115 degrees is kind of tough on a turbo RX-7.

You may or may not have to replace the engine soon. Depends on its condition. But you would have to keep in mind that it would need a rebuild in the future. There is a lot of stuff to research before buying the car. I would also recommend reading nearly all of the FAQ section and its links.

Well, i personally dont trust dealerships, but i think that if the engine, turbos and tranny are in execellent condition, 15 k is not much to ask because you could spend much more than 5 k fixing that stuff if you bought it as a fixer upper for 9 or 10k. You do however have to find this out.
