Need Help URGENTLY - Identify this vacuum hose plug *Pics inside*

Hi guys, last weekend I was driving on the highway to a see National drift comp, half way there my car suddenly lost power. So I quickly pulled over, when The car was station and idleing i noticed the whole engine bay, exhaust system and even gear **** inside the car was wobbling, the car was idleing around 600rpm and would drop to almost 250rpm if i reved it. I managed to drive it home, it sounded like a subby and felt non-turboish. So a week later i started the car, i stood by the engine bay and reved it abit, i could hear a hissing sound coming from the near the throttle body, so i had a look at the vacuum hoses and found that one of the hoses were missing, im not sure if its missing or if it wasnt meant to be there as my FC has an engine conversion to a 13B-REW. I really hope the engine isnt blown, i haven't got time to do a compression test yet but Here are the pics.
Engine Bay

Here is the missing hose/plug it is behind the throttle body where all the other hoses are.

That nipple in the center of the picture is a bleeder for some hydraulic slave. Not sure which one on your car as 3rd gens don't normally have one there. My guess would be for the cluch. It is not the cause of your problem.

Hope this helps,
Dan
