Need help, ran 13.6 at Npoi today.
I am running pettit large, pullies, M2 intake, and PMS set on high for 15psi, and full exhaust. I am thinking it was the silnencer I am running with the N1 that hurt me. I have been using it to help with boost spikes. I think it is really hurting my times. I had taken it out, and was going to try a run, but I was spiking to bad. I am looking for someone who is running full exhaust, with the seq set up, and want to know how they are controling the spikes. I have the PMS set on vent learn, but I think it is to drastic for it to learn.

I ran consistant all day, and I have a stock clutch, but did not smell like it was slipping. It was my first time on the track, but I had a R/T of .62. My 60 sucks, but I think that is from the exhaust restrction

I have a ported wastegate to control the spiking a little more. However I get a little boost drop in at Higher
RPM's.
I also have a Borla XR-1 in the mid-pipe.
I plan on adding a Blitz Boost controller. Too keep boost constant til red-line.
Just ran 13.07 @ 113.6 MPH. 2.1 to 2.2 60 fts. 2300 feet above sealevel.
I can get the car to low 12's with Drag radials..

I made three runs. First 60-2.173, second 60-2.309, and third 60-2.452. I don't know how much they weigh, they are konig imagines. I think heat soak was playing a role in the fact that my times were getting worse. I think the temp was around 105.

The First run seems to be about right... I have heard of really good driver's getting 1.9 60 ft.s. I did a couple years back but on almost bald Dunlops. I usually get around 2.1's. Remember that every 1/10 you shave off your 60 ft. translates to 2/10's off your e/t.
I carry some ice to the track. For the I/C. I think it does help the I/C from getting heat soaked. Just don't spill the ICE, the track officials will get upset.
Also what MPH were you getting?

I am on my way right now to see if I better my times. I am getting 15 psi with out the silencer, and no spikes. I spent all night playing with my vent values. Wish me luck.

I am running street tires and my 60ft times are 2.05 and i ran a 12.85@112 . It is very true that for every 10th in your 60ft should lower your 1/4 mile time by 2 10ths . take off the silencer and dont be affraid of spinning off the line . good luck .

Well ran all day, and again it was hot. Best time was 13.00, and all the rest were 13.1's. I feel it is a good improvment, but I feel the car is should be breaking 12's. I think the heat, and wheels may have hindered me. I ran in the bracket 14. I should have run in the turbo 6 class. I would have beaten at least two supra's. I think I am going to go single this winter. I am thinking to4s, or t78.
