Need HELP QUICK, Crankshaft TDC Help

I need to know where the crankshaft TDC is on rotor 1 in relation to the timing marks on the timing plate.

These marks, can someone explain please.

The white and the grey plugs pictured, which position are they meant to be in?? Is the white plug or the grey plug mean't to be on the top sensor??

From: next to the polishing wheel!!!
The white plug goes on top .The marks on the wheel do not indicate TDC .If you want me to tell you how to find TDC I will tell you on the phone , to much for me to type .

The only reason I needed to know tdc is to see if I had not timed the rotors right when I done the rebuild, but since I have played about with my scrap engine which is in bits I realised that you can't mis-align the rotor timing like on a piston engine.
So basically I was checking to make sure the 2 rotors where timed right, which they are.
