i need more space inside
i am 6foot 7 inches and need just a few more inches around the steering wheel
and maybe more length
is there a smaller seat and steering wheel that would give me more room

It seems like you already know the answer to that question. Aftermarket steering wheels & race seats would probably help you. The seat will definitely put you lower, but I don't know if it will sit you any further back (away from the wheel).

For the seat, look for brands like Recaro, Sparco, Momo, Bride, Cobra...
For the wheel, Sparco, Momo, and at least a few others make them.
