Need help with HKS Twin Power
I need as much input as possible from other HKS Twin Power owners
I purchased and installed a brand new HKS TP in November, everything went smooth, and the car started normally, just like it used to before the HKS unit; however I noticed that the LED on the unit was not on at all.
I did a search here on the forum, and apparently the LED barely comes up on these units; I then called HKS, and they said that it is a normal thing. Per HKS, if the unit was bad, the car wouldn't start, or would have a really bad break up; however the LED should come up under load or mid-high rpms.
So here is my question to you guys, does the LED on your HKS TP unit comes on at all? If so, at what point does it come up?
To those that had issues with their HKS Twin Power unit, did the car started at all? Was there any breakup? Was the unit under warranty?
Any help is greatly appreciate it :icon_tup
BTW - I checked, double and tripe checked all of the connections; and everything was connected properly per the HKS instructions.

check your ground wire for a good clean connection. take some sandpaper to the area and make sure its clean and paint free. bare metal is a great ground.
