need help with high rpm problem

i have a 93 rx7 RHD, it has not run 100% since i have got it but after countless hours working on the thing i have almost got it, the car is running good driving normaly shifting at 3500 4000 rpm, bov sounds normal, but when i floor it, the car accelerates good at the start then when i hit higher rpms it makes this weird sound when i shift at about 6 7000 rpm, (i dont get normal bov sound when it dose this) its like my second turbo isnt kickin in or something and i loose power, i have also noticed that the vacuum lines might not 100% in order, and that pressure container close to the intake manifold with all the vacuum lines goin to it dose not retain pressure but is not leaking. could it be the vac lines or is it somethin worse?

The pressure chamber at the front of your UIM is an integral part to the FD's turbo system.
If it is not holding pressure, then you will have a problem.
You can test it by pressurizing it in a sink full of water. If you see bubbles, get a new one. (Saw this in a thread here).

Also, what is your boost pattern when you do a run in 3rd gear?

I also have problems with the pressure chamber not keeping any pressure. I Connected my boost gauge to the check valve going to the pressure chamber. The pressure dropped immediately when I let go of the gas, so I'm waiting for a new check valve and is hoping that is my solution.

Could also be the vac-lines.

A boost gauge is essential when troubleshooting the turbo system. If you are to cheap to buy you could measure the voltage from the stock boost sensor at the PCME. (If you have a voltmeter...)
