Question Need help, high rpm problem

Ok. Here is what is happening.

2nd gear the car seems to accelerate fine till 6500 rpm and then it takes forever to get higher. Probably 5-6 seconds before I would hit 8k. Maybe even longer.

The same thing happens when in 3rd gear but it starts around 6k and in 4th around 5500. It doesn't seem to hesitate, it's just slow as hell.

I do not know if the second turbo is working correctly since I am still waiting on a boost gauge. I would think the car would increase rpms a little quicker even if I wasn't getting boost but I don't know. Would these symptoms possibly indicate a clogged cat? I am at a loss as to what it could be. I do know that when I bought the car the airpump was unplugged from the wiring harness since it was failing. I have no idea how long it was like this but I would guess at least 1-2k miles but possibly alot more.

I currently have a downpipe, modified stock airbox, and Pettit limited ecu. It also has fairly new spark plugs, wires and fuel filter.

Any help would be great. Thanks

I would bet it was your cat, which is now likely clogged. Once you install your boost gauge, we can take a look at your pattern.
